主要研究方向与领域: (1)中药毒理学及毒代动力学相关研究;(2)中药对溃疡性结肠炎肠黏膜屏障的保护及作用机制研究(3)基于细胞色素 P450 酶的中药药效与毒性研究。 2019年以来主要承担的科研项目: (1)国家自然科学基金青年项目,基于FXR的补骨脂对溃疡性结肠炎肠粘膜屏障的保护作用及机制研究,主持;(2)国家自然科学基金面上项目,一种基于靶器官效应和分布的中药毒效成分评价方法及其在补骨脂毒性物质基础研究中的应用,参与;(3)天津市自然科学基金一般项目,淫羊藿通过调节骨转化治疗骨质疏松的作用机制研究,参与;(4)天津市中医药重点领域科技项目,清感童饮的抗炎作用及临床前安全性评价,参与。 2019年以来主要发表的论文: 1.
