孙成鹏,男,天津中医药大学教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师,担任中国康复医学会药学与康复专业委员会常务委员、世界中联中药化学专业委员会理事、世界中联中药分析专业委员会理事、中华中医药学会中药实验药理分会委员;担任CJNM、AHM、AMM、MPB等杂志青年编委,BMC Complementary Medicine and Therapies和Frontiers in Chemistry杂志客座编辑。 近年来,在PNAS、ACS Cent. Sci.、J. Hazard. Mater.、APSB、Chin. Chem. Lett.、J. Med. Chem.、Int. J. Biol. Macromol.等期刊发表SCI论文68篇,其中影响因子大于10的6篇,高被引论文2篇,研究成果连续入选2022和2023年度中医药十大学术进展。主持国家级课题3项,省市课题5项,授权发明专利12项,参编教育部“101计划”中药化学等教材6部。入选天津市和辽宁省青年科技人才项目和中华中医药学会青年人才托举工程,获中华中医药学会青年科技创新奖、天津市科技进步一等奖和辽宁省科技进步二等奖。 研究方向: 1.中药药效物质:解析中药药效成分,发现活性物质 2.中药化学生物学:采用靶点垂钓技术,研究中药化学成分及其在生物体内的靶点及作用机制研究。 3.代谢酶体系表征构建与中药调节物质发现:基于荧光探针和DNA核酸技术表征代谢酶,挖掘中药调节代谢酶活性的效应物质 代表性成果: 1.
